My core competency includes programs on Career counselling and guidance, Community Capacity Building, Youth Empowerment, Skills Development, Team Building, Life Skill Workshops, Mental health development and Volunteering. I managed the entire training functions for the Education, human resource and life skills training actively associated with people from various cultural backgrounds to bridge the areas in communication and comprehend the changing needs of a Society.
