‘Sustera Climate leadership program ‘was a 5-day online training program jointly organized by the Sustera foundation and NaITER from 18th march to 23rd march 2022. The program primarily concentrated on providing leadership training for the selected climate leaders. The foundation intends to create a robust lot of passionate individuals who can drive change and lead climate action for Kerala.
Sessions had been driven by Mr Vasanth Krishnan S ( Introduction and foundation of leadership, How Convincing and Motivating Others ), Mr Biju Mavelikkara ( Icebreaking ), Mr Sivamohan S (leadership styles), Mr Nisamudheen K ( Importance and understand diversity & inclusion – leader’s perspective ), Mr Sujith Surendran ( Leadership communication & Time). 5 days leadership training program was led by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, Director, NaITER.
The strenuous participation of the candidates and consecutive efforts of the trainers made our program a success. The participants were very unified and their performance during the sessions was remarkable. And we appreciate our trainers for formulating the sessions in a significant facet.
