The program entitled Synergy ’21 has successfully been held at the Govt. Youth hostel on October 12th, 2021. The program was organized by Thanal & NaITER ( National Institute for Training and Educational Research) for Organic Bazaar’s staff members. SYNERGY 21 has started at 9:00 am with the inaugural speech of Mr. Jayakumar, Executive Director Thanal. Synergy 21 has mainly aimed to develop staffs productivity for Organic Bazaars better future. Eighteen of their staff have participated in it. NaITER’s four trainers have taken the sessions successfully. “ Synergy ‘21” mainly concentrated on the topics named

Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, Mr. Vasanth Krishnan, Mr. Biju B. & Mr. Daniel R are taken the sessions respectively. It was a great opportunity for NaITER to perform sessions remarkable and enjoyable way.
