National Institute for Training and Educational Research has conducted Trainer’s performance and appraisal program “Platform 4.0” on September 10th and 24th at Veli Youth Hostel. It is these kinds of gatherings that have always helped us to understand new things in the field of training. It is only in NaITER that one can see each other moving forward by observing, evaluating, correcting, encouraging and supporting each other.
