INAUGURATION
The inaugural function of the second phase (OUTSHNE) of the CAMP 22-23 (Certification and Mastery Program) was presided by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira and was inaugurated by Mr. Adv. Antony Raju (Honorable Minister for Road Transport, Motor Vehicles, Water Transport, Government of Kerala) and the welcome speech was delivered by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V (Secretary, NaITER). Key Note Address was done by Mr. B Ali Sabrin, Deputy Director, NYKS and Felicitations were done by Mrs. Delcy Joseph, Principal, Angels Arc Senior Secondary School, Kayamkulam and Mrs. Beenamol S G, Director, Life Foundation. Miss. Sandra K Anil & Mr. Anshad (participants of CAMP 22-23) shared their experiences. Vote of Thanks was done by Mr. Satheesh S, Program Coordinator, NaITER.
SESSIONS
The session was handled by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira and Mrs. Beenamol S G. The topics include trainers confluence let’s move forward as one, ice berg self-assessment, dilemma wall, dilemma wall converse, panel discussion and presentation, life skills, walk with mentor and junction dialogue, trainers colloquium on field practicum – trainers mosaic drawing, human library, game field, 2030 skills confluence, difference between trainer/facilitator/coach/mentor/counselor, gender perspective in training, how to use social media in better way, trainers collage performance, trainers growth summit and trainers English theatre opera house performance. Sessions on top skills for 2023 was taken by Mr. Vasanth Krishnan, Mr. Nisamudheen K and Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V.
CONVOCATION
The Convocation function of the Certification and Mastery Program started with the feedback of the participants and was presided by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira. Mr. Sudheesh S (Circle Inspector of Police, Crime Branch) inaugurated the function. The facilitation was done by Mr. Jazeel Jalaludeen (Trivandrum Dist. Program Officer, Kudumbasree) and Mrs. Beenamol S G (Director, Life Foundation). Chief guests of the event presented the certificates to the participants. A vote of Thanks was presented by Mr. Vasanth Krishnan at the concluding session of the program. The camp was officially disbanded after the group photo by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira.
