Soft skills and Life Skills training roles exist at all levels and may include responsibilities ranging from administrative tasks to managerial oversight. Generally, these roles focus on assessing organizational learning and training requirements, creating training materials to fulfill those needs, and delivering the training.
The inaugural function of the second phase (SRISHTY) of the CAMP 22-23 was presided by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira and was inaugurated by Mrs. Beenamol and the welcome speech was delivered by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V (Secretary, NaITER). Mr. Aswin Kumar (National Volunteer Specialist, UN Volunteers) was also present on the occasion. Mr. Nisamudheen K delivered the vote of thanks.
SESSIONS
The session were handled by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira and Mr. Sreejesh O V (Clinical Counselor, Psychotherapist and Behavioural Trainer, Peace Hub). The topics include All Becoming One, Getting To Know Each Other, Are You Ready To Level Up?, Are You Ready To Expand?, Basic Premise Of NLP, Gamification, Expedition – Training Methods And Styles, Know Your Classroom Participants, SOFT SKILL and LIFE SKILLS SCHOOL (soft skills and life skills training), Laboratory Method for Training, World Candle Light Cafe, Human Library, Rainbow Method of Training and Set Your Body Language.
VALEDICTORY FUNCTION
The valedictory function started with the feedback of the participants. Mr. Sunil Ibrahim (Film director, Script Writer and Producer) inaugurated the valedictory function. Course certificates, presentation certificates, and participation certificates of the Second phase were distributed to the participants of the camp. A vote of Thanks was presented by Mr. Vasanth Krishnan at the concluding session of the program. The camp was officially disbanded after the group photo by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira.
