NaITER gave academic and training support for a vacation camp organized by St. Michael’s Higher Secondary School, Kadinamkulam on 19th and 20th April 2023 at Michael’s Higher Secondary School Auditorium, Kadinamkulam. The camp was totally enlightening for the students and included sessions on mental, physical and social wellness of students also.
Day 1 (19-04-2023)
Inaugural Function
The function was presided by Mr. Williams Pereira, PTA President and the welcome speech was delivered by Mrs. Geena Celastin, Senior Teacher. Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, Director of NaITER, has delivered the keynote address and also given a brief introduction about the program. The camp was officially inaugurated by the Honorable Head Mistress of St. Michael’s Higher Secondary School, Kadinamkulam, Mrs. Susheela George. Felicitation was done by Mr. Satheesh Evanios, Ward Member. The function was ended with words of gratitude by Mr. Pathrose, Senior Teacher.
Sessions
The day 1 started with the camp schedule presentation, done by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, Director, NaITER.
First session was on the topic Ice Breaking And Getting To Know Each Other which was handled by Mr. Biju Mavelikkara, Certified Master Trainer & Infotainment People Facilitator, NaITER and associated by Mr. Ajay Sreedhar, Certified Trainer, NaITER.
The second session was carried out by Mr. Thamimul Ansari, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Chandra Lal S, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Ms. Rajasree, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Ajay Sreedhar, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Biju Mavelikara, Certified Master Trainer & Infotainment People Facilitator, NaITER and Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, Director, NaITER on the topic Rapport Building.
Third session was on the topic Happy Learning, Students’ Mental, Physical and Social Wellness which was handled by Mr. Vishnu Prasad M V, Deputy Director Academics, NaITER, Ms. Rajasree, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, Director, NaITER, Mr. Ajay Sreedhar, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Thamimul Ansari, Certified Trainer and Biju Mavelikara, Certified Master Trainer & Infotainment People Facilitator, NaITER.
First day ended with a day’s evaluation.
Day 2 (20-04-2023)
Sessions
Second day started with a group level recap and report presentation which was led by Mrs. Susheela George, HeadMistress of St. Michael’s Higher Secondary School, Kadinamkulam and Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, Director, NaITER.
The first session on second day was on the topic Fly High – Confidence Building And Motivation- Multiple Intelligence which was handled by Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira,Director, NaITER, Mr. Ajay Sreedhar, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Thamimul Ansari, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Hakkim Haneefa, Certified Trainer, NaITER and Biju Mavelikara, Certified Master Trainer & Infotainment People Facilitator, NaITER.
Second session was done by Mr. Hakkim Haneefa & Mr. Biju Mavelikkara, Certified Master Trainer & Infotainment People Facilitator, NaITER, Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, Director, NaITER, Mr. Ajay Sreedhar, Certified Trainer, NaITER and Mr. Thamimul Ansari, Certified Trainer, NaITER on the topic Self- Awareness And Self-Motivation for a Better Career.
The last session was Treasure Hunt Task – Self-Exploration and Creative Activities which was led by Mr. Sujith Surendran, Finance Officer, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Sujith Edwin Pereira, DIrector, NaITER, Ms. Rajasree, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Hakiim Haneefa, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Mr. Thamimul Ansari, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Biju Mavelikara, Certified Master Trainer & Infotainment People Facilitator, NaITER, Mr. Chandra Lal S, Certified Trainer, NaITER, Ms. Sangeetha and Mr. Ajay Sreedhar, Certified Trainer, NaITER.
